Konstantinos Palakidis
Mr. Palakidis graduated from Bayes business school (City University of London) where he received an MBA in Finance. As part of his thesis, he worked for Siemens AG in Germany, where he designed and developed a Management game for the Activity-based costing method.
Previously, he graduated with distinction from the University of Surrey where he received a Master of Science in Satellite Communication Engineering. As part of his thesis, he developed an Air Pollution model for the prefecture of Surrey.
He has also graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki where he received a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering during which, as an undergraduate student, he published three (3) research papers about 3D medical image processing in international peer-reviewed journals as part of his thesis.
In 2018, he successfully completed the Hotel management program for General Managers in the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts University.
Professional Experience:
Mr. Konstantinos Palakidis has since 2001 been the CEO and one of the main shareholders of Thraki Palace SA, a hotel management and development company, official partner of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. He is the General Manager of Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Thraki in Alexandroupolis, Greece, since 2017.
Previously, he had been an intermediate broker for the Athens Stock Exchange and CEO of Anaptyxi AELDE from 1997 up to 2001. At that time, he was awarded three (3) diplomas for derivatives and two (2) for investment consulting by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
