Melina Tassou is an Agromist Engineer – Dep. of Food Science (Aristotle University Thessaloniki) and a Bordeaux Trained Winemaker (D.N.O. Bordeaux). After gaining working experience in two wineries in Bordeaux, one in Burgundy and one in Australia, she comes back to her birthtown Komotini in 2004, to create the first high quality winery of the Rhodope region.
Her combined experience and knowledge is reflected on her wines, which managed to be on the wine lists of the best restaurants in Greece and to be exported in Dubai, the U.S., Switzerland, France and Japan in 2025.
